Passenger Transportation (except funeral services and realtors)
Towing Operations
Risks that require an ICC or Federal Filing
Emergency Vehicles, ambulance, fire trucks, etc
Trucking
Logging and Sawmills
Garbage Trucks including front loaders and roll-on vehicles
Vehicles requiring a placard
Trailer only policies
Truck Driving Schools
Motor Homes or vehicles used as a primary living facility
Vehicles open to the public (carnival rides, bloodmobiles, bookmobiles, etc)
Vehicles not licensed for the road (farm equipment, construction equipment, etc)
Businesses that lease or rent insured vehicles to others without a driver

Submission Requirements

Submissions should include:

Complete Acord Applications #125, #127 & #137 with complete Vehicle Identification Numbers
Social security number of owner/officer will be helpful and give better rates depending on credit, but they are not required. Owner/Officers full name, date of birth and address is needed
