Great American offers coverage for small artisan and service
contractors. The program targets those contractors with real property that
supports their construction operations. Office and warehouse exposures must
represent the majority of the occupancies written. When office or light retail
exposures cohabitate with the contractor's office or warehouse occupancies,
coverage will be provided. However, high hazard occupancies will not be
entertained. Must be written with the general liability coverage. The program
offers coverage for contractor's equipment, office contents, installation
property and/or electronic data processing equipment exposures.
